Hi! I'm Victor, a software developer and IT consultant with over 20 years of experience building web applications across Europe. I've worked on everything from e-commerce platforms to CMS, ERP, CRMs, and financial platforms in countries like the UK, Belgium, Germany, Norway, Switzerland, Czechia, Romania, and more.
I built Career.Repair because the trades deserve a premium, dedicated career platform. Shops, contractors and service companies are hiring thousands of technicians, yet there wasn't a place focused exclusively on connecting great service employers with great tradespeople.
